Mark T. Montanye, Esq.

Mark T. Montanye earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the State University College of New York at Plattsburgh and his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

After graduating from law school, Attorney Montanye served Essex County, New York as an Assistant District Attorney and later served as an Assistant County Attorney.  He also served as the Essex County Public Defender representing indigent defendants in various criminal matters ranging from traffic misdemeanors to serious felonies.

Attorney Montanye is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  At Trinity Law, Attorney Montanye practices primarily criminal and family law matters.  Mark and his wife are active members of  Mount Joy Mennonite Church.
