Laura E. Bayer

Laura E. Bayer is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice, with a minor in Political Science, from University Park.

While attending University of Pittsburgh Law School, Attorney Bayer worked as a law clerk for several years at a boutique bankruptcy law firm in downtown Pittsburgh, gaining experience in corporate and personal bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law.

After law school, Attorney Bayer concentrated her practice exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability law, traveling nationwide to represent claimants and handled SSD/SSI matters from the Application to District Court appeal level.  Attorney Bayer later expanded her practice areas, and now has over a decade of experience in Healthcare Law after representing primarily the long-term care industry with a broad array of legal needs.

As an attorney with Trinity Law, Attorney Bayer concentrates her practice in Administrative Law, Estate Administration, Elder Law, Healthcare Law; Medicaid eligibility compliance and planning, Debt Collections, Civil and Orphans’ Court Litigation, Social Security and Employment Law.

In 2018, Attorney Bayer earned a certificate and became licensed in Biblical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (BCBT).  Attorney Bayer lives with her daughter in Central PA, and currently attends West Shore Free Church, in Mechanicsburg, PA.
