The law firm of Menges, McLaughlin & Kalasnik, P.C. is pleased to announce that Matthew D. Menges has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. Attorney Matthew Menges has recently graduated from Penn State Dickinson School of Law and has now been admitted to practice before the Federal Middle District Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the York County Court of Common Pleas, and the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. Matthew D. Menges practices in the areas of estate administration, estate planning (including Special Needs Trusts) and general civil litigation.
Attorney Joshua Bodene is a board member with the central Pennsylvania office of Bethany Christian Services. Bethany is the largest national adoption and family service agency in the United States with over 70 offices in 30 states and programs in 15 countries. The Lancaster branch provides birth parent counseling, domestic infant adoptions, inter-country adoptions and SWAN adoptions (through Children and Youth Services), as well as older special needs adoptions.
Attorney Sydney Benson has been elected to act as the Secretary for the York County Bar Association's Family Law Section. Attorney Benson was appointed by the York County Court of Common Pleas to act as a Guardian Ad Litem in Child Dependency cases.
