Associate Attorney

What we are looking for.
The ideal candidate preferred areas of practice consist of civil litigation; personal injury; social security; employment; unemployment; and workers comp. Experience in other areas would be a plus. Book of business preferred but not required.
Job Duties.
Drafting pleadings, discovery, and related filings;
Filing documents with the proper court;
Overall development and management of cases.

What we are looking for.
We are looking to hire a full-time paralegal to work Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm in office location, to assist our attorney in the following areas of practice:
- Estate Administration
- Churches & Non-Profit
- Tax Matters
- Preferred 1 – 3 years of experience in one or all of the listed areas of practice.
Job Duties.
- Assist in drafting pleadings, discovery, and related filings.
- Filing documents with the proper court.
- Maintaining and organizing in-office files.
- Communications with clients and potential clients.
- Maintain attorney schedule.
- Working with attorneys on the overall development and management of cases.
Job Requirements.
- Willingness to learn.

- Prior experience (preferably 1-3 years).
