Mark T. Montanye Esq.

Mark T. Montanye earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the State University College of New York at Plattsburgh and he earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. After graduating from law school, Attorney Montanye served Essex County, New York as an assistant district attorney and later served as an assistant county attorney. He also served as the Essex County Public Defender representing indigent defendants in various criminal matters ranging from traffic misdemeanors to serious felonies. Prior to relocating to Pennsylvania and gaining admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, Attorney Montanye managed a private law practice in Saratoga County, New York where he handled family law and criminal law matters, as well as real estate transactions, formation and management of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, school law, and employment law.

Attorney Montanye is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New York Bar Associations, as well as the Lancaster and York County Bar Associations. At Trinity Law, Attorney Montanye practices primarily in criminal defense and family law matters. He resides in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania with his wife and family and worships at Mount Joy Mennonite Church.
