Joseph A. Kalasnik concentrates his practice in criminal defense, vehicle/traffic, and municipal law.
Mr. Kalasnik is a member of the York and Lancaster County Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Criminal Law Section) and Christian Legal Society. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Kalasnik is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States Bankruptcy Court, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Kalasnik received a bachelor's degree from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College (1982), and law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law (1995). Mr. Kalasnik also attended Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in Lansdale, Pennsylvania (1983-84). In law school, Mr. Kalasnik won a place on the school’s Moot Court team and was elected Vice President of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. Mr. Kalasnik serves as solicitor for several municipal agencies and has served on the board of directors of various local charities.
