Joshua B. Bodene, Esquire

Joshua Bodene is a graduate of Boston University, having studied Philosophy, and a graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law. While at Temple Law School, Joshua served as President of Temple’s Christian Legal Society. Prior to joining the firm of Menges, McLaughlin & Kalasnik, P.C., he practiced Criminal Defense as a Public Defender in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Attorney Bodene now concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, criminal defense and estate planning.

Attorney Joshua Bodene is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lancaster Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also a board member with the central Pennsylvania office of Bethany Christian Services. Bethany is the largest national adoption and family service agency in the United States with over 70 offices in 30 states and programs in 15 countries.

Joshua lives with his wife and son in Lancaster County and is a member of Wheatland Presbyterian Church in Lancaster, PA.
